Thera-Band Nordic Tubing

The Thera-Band Tubing is made of strong materials and has a long lifetime. The Nordic Tubing consists of a tubing with a loop on both ends. This makes it easy to attach the tubing to the Nordic Walking Poles. The loop on the other end can be put around feet or hands to perform different exercises that make the muscles stronger.  

The Nordic Tubing is available in different resistances. A heavier resistance makes the exercises harder. It takes more power to perform the same movements. Every resistance has its own colour, which makes it easier to keep the different tubings apart.

The following resistances are available:

• Light (green), 1-10 kg: suitable for rehabilitation and use by elderly and beginners.
• Medium (blue), 10-15 kg: suitable for use by youth, women and advanced users.
• Heavy (black), 15-20 kg: suitable for use by men, fit women and junior athletes.
• Extra heavy (silver), 20-25 kg: suitable for use by strong men and women and athletes.

The Nordic Tubing is sold in a set of two tubings and is easy to use. The tubing takes up little space and can be taken on every Nordic Walking tour.
